Enhancements: • Move catalog traversal into executor instances using Python's method-based singledispatch, replacing the standalone visitor and visitor decorator. • Remove executor callability and update catalog rule application, selection services, and tests to invoke each executor's visit method directly. • Delete the obsolete shared visitor behavior module and associated type-ignore workarounds. meltano/meltano
