Bug Fixes: • Prevent successful test jobs from masking failures in individual test-matrix elements, so dependent workflows no longer auto-merge failed pull requests. Enhancements: • Allow the code coverage job to run when the test matrix completes or fails, while still preventing it from running when tests are skipped.
