We just upgraded to 1.48.0. The ability to run

meltano elt

while specifying which streams to extract AND decide whether to do incremental vs full refresh is HUGE! It introduces so much more flexibility and we can automate different scenarios now that previously took a lot of explanation, training, and knowledge of internal workings. Thank you Meltano team for including these features!
