I do want to keep a hard line between 'Meltano users troubleshooting performance' (the first link) vs 'Tap/Target developers troubleshooting performance' (the second link). At any time, a user can become a tap/target developer (thanks to the 'Fork' button 😅), some users will have zero appetite to do this, and sometimes there are other fixes, like configuring batch sizes or moving compute to the cloud.
