Meltano

Regarding my issue with integrating data-diff into our dbt architecture,

Currently, the issue I am encountering is a missing path,
```16:35:13 ERROR    Path '/root/.dbt' does not exist.  ```
The ultimate goal would be to *enable profilling of data changes* when making a PR, giving us information such as
• Values in new columns
• Number of rows affected by changes
• Difference between PR and main
• Etc.

This PR added <https://github.com/meltano/hub/blob/4d008931a3c4909e2eb5470d0ef391418102d685/_data/meltano/utilities/dbt-snowflake/dbt-labs.yml#L110C8-L110C23|target_path> as a config option for the dbt plugins <https://github.com/meltano/hub/pull/1424>. You can try either pull in that new metadata using `meltano lock dbt-x`  or adding this in your current project to add it.
```settings:
- env: DBT_TARGET_PATH
  kind: string
  label: Target Path
  name: target_path
  value: $MELTANO_PROJECT_ROOT/.meltano/transformers/dbt/target```
Then you can set it to `$MELTANO_PROJECT_ROOT/.dbt/xyz` or whatever its expecting to override the default `$MELTANO_PROJECT_ROOT/.meltano/transformers/dbt/target`

I wonder if that would allow you to do what you need :thinking_face:
