Produce a crash log when running in --debug mode when exceptions are encountered. The log could capture things like: the exception that occurred, basic meta info like os platform, meltano version, tap/target version and variant info etc. Basically, things that would help us debug a users an issue. 2. If a user is running without debug mode and encounters an exception we can then: • Prompt the user to rerun with

--debug
