Target audience
Users managing jobs at the command line.
Proposal
It would be useful if the CLI provided features to:
• Run a job in the background.
• List jobs currently running, perhaps with additional useful information such as process details, log location, etc.
• Cancel running jobs.
All of this can, AFAIK, be accomplished already through Linux commands (& for backgrounding, ps, etc.) but it's not clear whether those would be best practices, users might not be familiar with or confident using those commands with Meltano, and generally it would improve the user experience with the tool.
